How I Help
Comprehensive assessment
Movement and posture screen, breathing and diaphragmatic function, hip and lumbar mobility, and functional task analysis.
Pelvic floor evaluation using external and an optional internal assessment to understand muscle tone, coordination, and pain generators.
Individualized treatment plans
Short, practical home programs that fit busy routines and respect fatigue, sleep disruption, and parenting demands.
Blend of manual therapy, gentle loading and graded exposure, breath and relaxation training, and progressive strengthening.
Trauma‑informed and person‑centered care
Clear, collaborative consent at every step, language you control, and options to pause or decline internal exams.
Education and self‑management tools
Practical strategies for bladder habits, scar care, sleep‑friendly routines, and breaking activity into small, manageable steps.
Pain neuroscience education and gradual return‑to‑movement plans tied to real life goals (carrying kids, hiking, returning to work).
Longer‑term support and resources
Follow‑up plans, progress tracking, referrals to other providers when needed.

Direct Access
No referral needed—Connecticut law gives you direct access to physical therapy. You can book anytime.
Insurance & Rates
I operate out-of-network to provide the highest quality care without restrictions.
PPO plans: Many PPO plans in CT offer out of network benefits, which means you may be eligible for partial reimbursement after receiving care.
HSA/FSA: Accepted.
HMO plans: These plans generally do not reimburse for out-of-network care, but many patients still choose to see me for the high-quality, specialized care I provide.
Accessible Care for All
I believe healing should be accessible. I offer sliding scale options for those navigating financial hardship or limited insurance coverage. If cost is a barrier, please reach out—I’m happy to explore flexible solutions together.
